Muting/unmuting notification channels

If you want to stop receiving notifications on a particular channel temporarily, and don't want to delete the channel completely, you can mute it instead. 

Mute a notification channel

Go to the Notification channels tab in Alerts module, click on the three dot menu button on the right hand side of the notification channel row, and click Mute option in the dropdown.

Notification channel status will change to Muted.

Unmute a notification channel

To unmute the notification channel, follow the same steps above but click on the Unmute option in the three dot menu dropdown.
